Born of a forest fire a few years ago, when a child who started what could have been a catastrophe begged the fire to stop, and the fire awakened and complied.
It's not really clear if the fire was started with weird magic reagents, if a passing spirit saw a chance to incarnate, or if the child unwittingly traded some magic for his wish.
All the same, Flimflam aspires to be greater than any forest fire has ever been and to light a lot of things on fire.
Vexed by the needs to move around and eat, Flimflam bought a mount (a cute corgi named Marshmallow) to order around like royalty, and eats the part too.
These don't come cheap, so to pay for those extravagant habits (well, relative to size), Flimflam starting lighting bad guys on fire. Two for one!
